On Tuesday the 20th of July the new kids on the block, TONIK Newtown, presented a Mavi Fashion Show at their store. This night was a chance for us to show off and display the extensive, new and existing range of Mavi Jeans we have to offer across our three TONIK stores. It consisted of a Catwalk show, door prizes, an enticing secret sale and some bubbles and nibbles. It also gave the opportunity to show off our new Sharp St store and put on a fun night for customers.
With help from our Mavi Representatives, Brooke and Mick, our fashion show displayed 39 different styles of ladies denim and an impressive 14 styles of men’s denim. We had a little team of staff from across the three stores, who tested their strutting skills on the cat walk. With no broken high heels, no tripping over and minus a few disturbing dance moves, the show was a complete success.
As mentioned, there was the lure of a secret sale and we didn’t disappoint. With the announcement after the show, the lucky folks who attended were treated to an after hours shopping spree at the new store, where everything was an unbelievable 50% OFF, Which was held on the night. While people were getting their freak on in a 50% off bonanza the door prizes were pulled out of a hat. There were four pairs of Mavi’s up for grabs and one Nixon watch. The lucky four jeans winners were Karen Schwarz, Nicole Walters, Chris Arnold and Mick Graham. Congratulations guys. Whilst the winner of the watch remains anonymous….. But well done to you.
Massive thanks to everyone who attended, the Mavi Reps and Erin, who orchestrated the entire night for everyone. We hope to make it an annual event so keep popping in to see us.
