Our refund and exchange policy is strictly within 7 days of purchase by direct emailing to email@example.com detailing the issue with the product. You then have 7 days to send the item back from the date of the response and with approval by the Tonik team.
We are not responsible for postage on all returns and will not refund. Customers are liable for any delivery costs if the Good is found not to be faulty.
Faulty items are refunded or exchanged on approval from the manufacturer and if possible a replacement will be issued. We cannot guarantee your exchange item will be in stock or available once your return has been processed and if there is a price difference on your exchange we will contact you. But we will do our very best to make sure you are happy with the outcome.
All sale items are final. We do not accept returns on sale items.
We do not refund if you change your mind relating to: size, fit or style, however, we are happy to exchange or offer a credit note that is valid for 6 months from date of issue.
We reserve the right to refuse an item back if we feel that the item has been used, washed or damaged in any way. We are unable to accept goods that are not returned in their original sale condition. All items must still have their swing tags left on.
