The Psycho Tech is O’Neill’s premier winter 4/3. Built tough and ready to take on all that winter has to throw at it. Using Techno Butter 3 neoprene on the arms and chest for flexibility, and Fire Wall lining from chest to ankle for warmth, the inside is light and toasty warm. Combined with a full inner seam taping and outside liquid weld, it will keep the cold at bay. Back and Front smoothie panels allow greater wind defence when it’s howling.
